Understandably, our prices can vary from project to project and from locale to locale.

Design:
The majority of our designs are priced competitively, with typical complete landscapes falling roughly between $1,600 - $4,000 (USD) / $2,500 - $6,000 (AUD) / £1,300 - £3,000(GBP). 

Smaller scale projects altering only a portion of an existing landscape or making minor changes can come in as low as $800(USD) / $1200(AUD) / £600(GBP) depending on the scope of works.

We also have budget options available to ensure our services remain accessible to anyone with property. For example, with one of these options you chose from a number of pre-crafted themes to adapt to your landscape, simplifying the design process and significantly reducing the cost.

Construction:
While prices can vary with the scope of works and from region to region, it is commonly recommended to budget 10% of your total property value for constructing the landscape, or more for high-end designs with expensive elements such as pools and outdoor kitchens. These recommendations remain consistent across the US, Australia, and the UK.

This means if you have a $400,000 property, you should budget $40,000 to install your landscaping after design, but remember to budget more for pools and outdoor kitchens.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Remember that the cost of construction is NOT dead money. Great landscaping can increase your property value by up to 20-28%, depending on your locale and the state of the current landscaping at your property before works begin. In cases where this 20-28% figure holds true, should you have even as little as 5% of your property's current value as equity, you could very realistically increase your equity by 300% upon revaluation once works are completed!

We can respond to your feedback on the fly by screen sharing our 3D design software, and share & sign important documentations in an instant over the internet.
